Dua When Awakening –
This is another Dua to be recited when we wake up which we may not have learnt before so lets get learning and bring this dua into our lives!
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي فِي جَسَدِي، وَرَدَّ عَلَيَّ رُوحِي، وَأَذِنَ لِي بِذِكْرِهِ
Transliteration:
Alhamdu’ lillaahil lathee ‘aafaanee fee jasadee, wa radda ‘alayya roohee, wa ‘athina lee bithikrihi
Translation:
All praise is for Allah who restored to me my health and returned my soul and has allowed me to remember Him.

- Why not make a list of as many ideas as you can.
- Then choose 5 things that will make them most happy.
- Plan how you will do them.
- Once you’re ready do these things and make them happy. Remember, by making them happy we are making Allah happy!
