Shukr Table

Learn about being grateful to Allah Ta’aala for everything he gives us

This activity has been designed to help us think of a few blessings which Allah Ta’aala has given us.

1) Download and print (and if you don’t have a printer draw the table on an A4 sheet of paper)

2) List a blessing in the first column.

3) Think of how it would have been without that blessing and write something down in the second column.

4) Think of and write down how you can be grateful to Allah Ta’ala for this particular blessing.

Do this for all the boxes. If you want you can write down more by printing another sheet.

Remember, say Alhamdulillah for every blessing you think of!
