Daily Lesson 55

Once again Allah Ta’aala has given us Friday, which we know as Jumu’ah. This is the best day of the week, so it’s only right that we do the best actions we can on this day. Let us look at a few actions we can do on Jumu’ah.

A Look back at the amazing features. Appearance, characteristics, habits, and personality of our most amazing nabi ﷺ, to help us understand how special he was.

Jibreel Alayhis Salam has said:

قَلَّبْتُ مَشَارِقَ الْأَرْضِ ، وَمَغَارِبَهَا فَلَمْ أَرَ رَجُلًا أَفْضَلَ مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

“I searched the east and the west, I left no stone unturned, but I did not find anyone like our beloved Rasul ﷺ.”

The Glow in his Very Blessed Face

Listen to “The Glow in His Very Blessed Face” by Mawlana Junayd Makda Sahib

Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه says that he never saw anyone more beautiful than our beloved Rasul ﷺ. Describing his beauty he would say that his blessed face had a shine, which was so bright, that it seemed as though the sun radiated from within His blessed face.

Someone once asked Barra رضي الله عنه, about the shine on our beloved Nabi ﷺ’s very blessed face. The person asking said, ‘Was it like the shine of a sword?’ Barra رضي الله عنه replied, “No, it was more like the illuminating moon.”

Jabir رضي الله عنه mentions that on one occasion he saw our beloved Nabi ﷺ on a moonlit night. The moon was full and the sky was dark, which made the moon even brighter. Jabir رضي الله عنه says he repeatedly looked at the blessed face of our beloved Nabi ﷺ and the full moon, and he kept looking, trying to determine which was more brighter and which was more illuminated. After setting several glances at the moon and our beloved Nabi ﷺ, he ultimately concluded that the striking beauty of our beloved Rasul ﷺ outshone the radiance of the full moon! Amazing right?!

Hadhrat Abdullah ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه says, that Rasulullah ﷺ’s blessed face was:

1) Brighter than the sun on a sunny day
2) If He was to be near a lamp, then the radiance and the glow of His blessed face would outshine the lamp!

These amazing descriptions show us the unique glow which sat on the face of our beloved Nabi ﷺ and captured the eyes, and hearts of all who came across him.

May Allah Ta’aala fill our hearts with the love of our beloved Nabi ﷺ and enable us to emulate Him in every aspect of our life.

يَارَبِّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ دَائِماً اَبَداً عَلٰى حَبِيْبِكَ خَيْرِ الْخَلْقِ كُلِّهِمِ

Our beloved Nabi ﷺ’s Miracle for Hudhayfah رضي الله عنه

Look at how amazing our beloved Nabi ﷺ was!!

Hudhayfah رضي الله عنه reports an amazing incident from the battle of trenches. It was extremely cold and the wind was blowing fiercely. Due to this, the enemy had become weak and it seemed they were about to retreat.

Our beloved Nabi ﷺ asked Hudhayfah رضي الله عنه to stand up and go to the enemy camp and gather some intelligence.

Due to the extreme cold, and not having adequate clothing to stay warm, Hudhayfah preferred not to go. But as it was the command of our beloved Nabi ﷺ, Hudhayfah رضي الله عنه stood up and proceeded.

It was a miracle of our beloved Nabi ﷺ that Hudhayfah رضي الله عنه from the moment he departed, till when he returned, he could not feel the cold! In fact, he says, it felt like he was walking on a hot day!
