Small, Meaningful Changes over 12 months

The start of a new year is naturally a time for us to pause, reflect, and think about how we ate doing and where we can improve in our habits, actions, and above all our connection with Allah Ta’ala.

Rather than trying to change everything at once, this activity will Insha’allah help us towards a slow and meaningful approach.

We will make one small change each month, across six important areas of life! Sound good?

Activity

In this activity, you will:

● Make a list of changes you would like to work on

● Choose one to focus on each month for each area

● Give yourself time to build habits gradually and sustainably

●  By the end of the year, insha’allah, these small monthly steps will help lead to real and lasting improvement!

Take your time, be honest with yourself, and remember, every small step matters.
